Mama T’s Elderberry is delicious! It tastes like Christmas. Slightly sweet (from honey or maple syrup) berry taste with the comforting addition of warm spices: cinnamon, ginger, clove. The flavor is beautifully balanced so it is loved by even the pickiest eaters! It has a juice-like consistency.

Yes, kids love our elderberry syrup! We have heard from countless customers that Mama T’s is the only elderberry their children love and take easily! It has a juice-like consistency which makes it easy to take or add to a drink/food.
The original Mama T’s Elderberry contains honey which should not be given to babies under 1 year old. We do have a honey-free recipe with organic maple syrup which is infant and vegan friendly!

Recommended Use: 1 Tablespoon for adults and 1 teaspoon for children, once a day. For intensive use, it can be taken every 3 hours. Do not give products with honey to babies under 1 year old. It tastes great so you can take it by itself or feel free to add it to smoothies, juice, drinks, on top of yogurt, sparkling water, etc!

Check the bottom of your bottle for the expiration date sticker. Unopened bottles are good until that date (usually 6 months). Once you open your bottle, please consume it within 3 months. You can freeze it for long-term storage (we recommend freezing in ice cube trays).
